Shipping Information

All items are sent the same working day however the order MUST be placed before 1pm. We use Royal Mail and Hermes for our deliveries and we will choose the appropriate carrier based on the order. All orders are generally delivered 1-4 working days.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at the point of order as its very difficult to change this once the product has left us. All our parcels are safely packaged making sure the product arrives to you safely.
If you face any supplementary costs caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders, we can help you, please contact us through our email support@onlyfuntoys.com or by filling in the contact us form on our website.
If you wish to cancel a item or amend your order, it is your right to do so but you must do so before we dispatch the item. You can do this by getting in contact with us through our email support@onlyfuntoys.com or by ringing us on +44 7734 101361

Returns Information

Very few products need to be returned as we check the quality of all items before sending. In the case you wish to return your product, you have 30 days from the purchase date to do so. If you purchased the product through our website, please email support@onlyfuntoys.com or by filling in the contact us form on our website, with the item details and order number in order for us to help you. If you purchased through any other website such as eBay or Amazon, please message us through the website used. We offer a free return policy and will pay for the postage cost to return the item to us.
